Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy:
- 30-day Return Window for change of mind: You can return items purchased from Infinityshine.shop for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. We MUST receive your items before we issue you a refund or exchange.Â
- Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packagingÂ
- Return Shipping Cost:Â Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
- Refunds:Â Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.Â
- Exchanges:Â We offer store credit if you would like to exchange for a different item. Upon a successful return, we will issue you a personalized code. All exchanges are final.Â

Infinity shines / Faulty or damaged Item Warranty
In the event you have received a faulty item or a piece of jewellery has broken due to a manufacturing defect or your item has significant gold or silver colour issues, you have within 90 days of the item(s) delivery to submit a claim.Â
 Once approved, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. Gifted jewellery is only eligible for store credit. Store credit will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the item. Make sure to keep all previously damaged items with you for your future warranty claims. Your item must be purchased from Infinityshine.shop.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Does not include:
- Lost jewellery
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches and minor damage
- Damage from misuse of jewellery or improper storage

- Current shipping address
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the problem
- Photographic evidence

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
